Categories are folders and subfolders in which you can categorize your digital assets. These folders can for example be

LOGOS

STOCKFOTOS

ADCAMPAIGNS

PRODUCT-PHOTOS

SHOOTINGS

ANIMATIONS

EVENT-PHOTOS

... depending on your assets.

To every "Main Category" you have the possibility to create a Sub-Category if necessary.

CATEGORY ACCESS

In some cases the "Owner" doesn't want to share every CATEGORY with every user in his Brand-Account.

TEAM ACCESS

 The "Owner" can give the access to a category to a whole team. To select a team who has Access to this category, choose one or more teams. If you leave this field empty , every team will have access to this Category.

INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY ACCESS

Click in "CATEGORIES" at Button "Access" and the select the users who should have access to this category by clicking the checkbox
