How you can KEYWORD your assets

Good keywording is essential for a fast finding of your assets, so you should invest a bit of time into your proper keywording.

The minimum number of keywords per asset is 5 ( five ) keywords. You can work in any prefered language but we recommend you to work with english keywords.

1) Add your keywords manually

Add at least 5 keywords manually by separating the keywords by commas. If your file has keywords in the metatags, these keywords will be shown and saved automatically.

2) Automated AI keywording

We are using the Amazon Rekognition Ai to analyze your images and to propose you keywords for your asset. Not happy with a keyword, just delete it from the selection.

3)File Name Tagging ( ProductNumbers )

Even you still need add minimum 5 keywords, you don't need to add komplex product numbers again as keyword if you have it in your filename. During a search our system can recognize your filename even partly.

For example :  If your filename is BAG_X12345Y.jpg you can search for many options with this

• the whole filename : BAG_X12345Y
• just a part : BAG or BAG_X  
• just the beginning of the number : X123
• just an ending 5Y

You cannot search for seperated parts like BAG X .

You cannot combine filename parts with added keywords !
